When their son was born, like all parents, Erin and her husband were thrilled, overwhelmed, and exhausted. Then, to their surprise, they learned the next day that their son was born with a cleft palate.
In this episode, Erin shares her journey of finding support, a community, and giving back so that other mothers could have access to the products and resources they need to support their child born with a craniofacial difference in the first 4 weeks of life.

Erin and her husband, Ryan, are proud parents of a child born with a cleft palate. Erin currently sits on the myFace Board of Trustees. Erin got involved with myFace after teaming up with fellow non-profit, Welcome Baby, to design a care kit for babies born with a craniofacial difference; to help make those four weeks of life more manageable for parents. Erin’s professional background lies in social media marketing with 13 years of experience, most recently at Pinterest. Today, Erin is busy helping to spread the mission of myFace and raising her two boys in Brooklyn.
